Shipping prices are determined by the weight of the package and the distance it has to travel from our store. Requests for specific shipping additions — i.e. next day, three day air, signature required — can be accommodated for an additional charge to the customer. Contact Us for more information.

 

We ship all packages via Canada Post. There is no signature required unless specified.

Any items received damaged due to shipping will be replaced. Please keep all shipping materials and contact Poppy Dog Inc. within 24 hours.
